My Story....
I’m Jason Feltman, husband, father of four and faith-fueled entrepreneur with a track record of building multiple 7-figure businesses.
But let me tell you, it hasn't always been smooth sailing. In fact, the reason I just started my new newsletter, Sales Hacks, is because I've been in the trenches, and I know how hard it can be to build a business that truly gives you the freedom to live life on your own terms. It all started when I took over my first business in my 30s. At the time, I was a husband and father of two, working as a bartender. I just had graduated college and I thought owning a business would be the key to having the freedom and live the American dream. You know, to actually allow me to be there for my family during holidays and games and to do what I wanted to do.
But within a few months of taking over, I realized that being a business owner also meant being an employee, a manager, an accountant, and everything else in between. I was constantly putting out fires and working 12-hour days just to keep things afloat. I was working hard doing all of the things that I was taught to do, but it wasn’t working. It was nothing like what I had imagined, and I immediately regretted my decision.
But I wasn't about to give up that easily. I started devouring books that taught principles that were outside of the box and courses on real-life entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and anything that could be a big needle mover, trying to find a better way to run a business.
I developed a sales team, marketing campaigns, and telemarketing team that helped us skyrocket our team’s sales to “Best In Company” for the product that we sold. We were doing over $2 million in initial sales and built it to over $9 million in recurring revenue.
At the same time, I teamed up with another fantastic agent, Craig Pretzinger, to help other agents install everything we learned to grow. We ended up creating another 7-figure business helping agents impact their income. This period of my life was exciting and fun but became incredibly stressful.
And that's when I realized that I wanted a business that had both impact and freedom. I wanted to create something that made a difference in my life, my team's life, and our clients’ lives but also gave me the space to live life on my own terms. I believe that it's possible to have a positive impact on all the lives around you, be successful, and have the kind of freedom that makes you feel like you're not a slave to your own business.
I began searching for ways to destress my life, finding coaches that helped me not lose what I had built but make it easier and less complicated. And that's what I did: I designed it to serve our team, our clients, and serve me and my family at a much higher level.
Today, I have four kids, a wife, and more freedom in my days than I ever had before. And I want you to have the same.
